Culture is the glue that holds collectively all of our values, our beliefs, our sense of self, and our confidence and trust within the individuals around us, whether or not that is our family, our place of worship, our community, our nation or our firm. That is probably the most tough part of organizational culture to understand and infrequently the lack of understanding about these underlying values is what can cause the defeat of recent and modern ideas.
