These terms govern your use of 21st Century ABE, including our courses, learning paths, and community forums. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the following.
1. Account Termination
We can terminate your account for policy violations, unpaid fees, or prohibited conduct such as spamming or harassment. We’ll notify you by email before terminating; if you need time to export or transfer your data, you can request a 30-day notice period.
Once your account is terminated, access to course materials, learning paths, and forums is suspended. Your learning history stays in our archives for 90 days after that.
2. Content Removal
You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting it, you give 21st Century ABE a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for educational purposes on our platform.
You can ask us to remove your content anytime through the Contact Us page, and we’ll do it within 14 business days unless we’re legally required to keep it. Content that violates our policies — hate speech, illegal activity, and similar — gets removed on sight and can result in suspension.
3. Data Handling
We collect the personal data we need to run the service and improve outcomes for learners: name, email, payment information. Third-party tools we use, including analytics, aren’t used to serve you targeted ads.
Your data is encrypted and access is limited to authorized staff. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with outside parties without your consent.
You can request deletion of your data through the Contact Us page. Once we receive that request, we permanently erase your information within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.
